Bem-vindo! We are happy to see that you are interested in traveling to Vietnam. Whether you are looking for beautiful sand beaches, good food, fascinating culture, hiking, trekking, getting immersed in bigger cities or you are just simply wanting a spontaneous vacation – you have come to the right place. Vietnam is one of the most fascinating countries in Asia and is currently experiencing a tourist boom. Many people from all over the world are starting to travel and discovering Vietnam, and you should be one of them!
However, there are some requirements you need to pay attention to before arriving to Vietnam. First of all – you need to apply for a visa. But don’t worry – it is easier than it sounds like and very efficient and inexpensive. There are three options for you if you are a Brazilian citizen and want to travel to Vietnam.
1. Electronic visa or Vietnam e-visa for citizens of Brazil
From 01 Feb 2019, under Decision 17/2019/NĐ-CP of the Government of Vietnam, citizens of Brazil are eligible to apply online for an e-visa of Vietnam online (e-visa is a single entry valid for staying 30 days).
Brazilian passport holders, who want to visit Vietnam for less than 30 days for a single trip, can apply online for an e-visa directly at the government website https://evisa.immigration.gov.vn(please note that the fee is non-refundable if you apply your e-visa at the government website).
If you want to secure your e-visa with refundable policy (100% satisfied or get back your money) you can apply your e-visa through our easy form application (filling your entry date, entry and exit port of arrival then submit your passport copy online) then we will take care the rest of procedure to get your e-visa on time as promise.
Note : if you want to visit Vietnam for multiple times in one month or want to visit Vietnam for more than one month, please choose options below :
2. Visa on Arrival – Apply online for pre-approval then pick up your visa on arrival at the airport of Vietnam
The Visa on Arrival (VOA) is something that we would recommend you to apply for. It is very simple and doesn’t take a lot of your energy (that energy should go into planning your amazing trip!). You can apply for this anywhere in the world – whether you are in Brazil or somewhere else, all you need to do is have a computer and internet. This is the most effective way to apply for a visa if you are going to Vietnam. There is no need to send your passport or any other important private documents. What you need to do is fill out an Online Application Form, wait for your confirmation letter and you will normally receive an Approval Letter within 2 working days. When everything is done, don’t forget to print out the finalized document, bring it to the airport in Vietnam and get it stamped by one of the immigration officers.
If you forgot to apply for a visa in good time, there is also the opportunity to get an Emergency Visa. It is then proceeded from 30 minutes to 4 hours.
3. Applying for a Visa at the Vietnamese Embassy or Vietnamese Consulate in Brazil
This is your last option to get a Vietnam visa. You have to find out about the nearest Vietnamese Embassy Brazil and bring your passport and any relevant documents. This is the more inconvenient choice, if you live far away from the embassy for example. However, it is one of the choices so if this fits you better, you will be glad to know that you can apply for a visa via an embassy or consulate.
Now when you have all the information you need in order to obtain a visa to Vietnam, you are good to go and ready to enjoy your vacation in Vietnam! Be ready to fall in love with this unique country that so many others has fallen in love with. It is truly a unique place to visit and we hope that you will love it as much as we do.
